These are the rules for using our website and buying from us. They're not meant to be intimidating — just clear. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use the site. If you have questions, just ask us.
Use the site respectfully
Please use TradeZone the way it's meant to be used — for browsing and buying electronics. Don't try to hack us, don't scrape our content in bulk, and don't do anything that would disrupt other shoppers. We reserve the right to block access for anyone who misuses the platform.
Prices and product details
We work hard to keep product listings accurate, but mistakes can happen — a wrong price, an outdated spec, a photo that doesn't fully represent the product. If we catch an error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you right away and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Placing an order
Adding something to your cart isn't a purchase yet — it's just a reservation. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us. We can cancel or decline an order if the item goes out of stock, if there's a payment issue, or if we suspect something unusual is happening with the order.
Payments
We accept card payments, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) in eligible areas. Online payments are processed through a secure gateway — we never see your card details directly. By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you've chosen.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are our best estimates, not hard commitments. Delays can happen due to couriers, weather, or other things outside our control. Once your order is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage shifts to them. We'll always help you follow up if something goes wrong.
Our content is ours
Everything you see on this website — the photos, descriptions, logo, design — belongs to TradeZone. Please don't copy or reuse it without asking us first.
Liability
We're responsible for what we sell you, but we can't be held liable for indirect losses — things like lost time, lost data, or business losses. If something goes wrong with a product you bought from us, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
